P.G. Games is a video game developer and publisher based in Poland. Founded in 2008, the company is best known for their flagship title, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which has sold more than 30 million copies since its release in 2015.
The company was founded by Marcin Iwiński and Michał Kiciński, two Polish game developers who had previously worked together at CD Projekt. After leaving CD Projekt, the two decided to form their own company, which they named P.G. Games.
The company’s first title was The Witcher, a role-playing game based on a series of novels by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The game was a success, and its sequel, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, was released in 2011.
In 2015, the company released its most successful title to date, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The game has been praised by critics and fans alike and has won numerous awards, including the Game of the Year award at the 2016 Game Developers Conference.
P.G. Games has also released several other titles, including The Witcher Adventure Game, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, and Cyberpunk 2077. The company is currently working on an upcoming game, which is expected to be released in 2021.
